HAPPY NEW YEAR! A New Year a New Blog...

Happy New Year! I hope that everyone had a great holiday season.

I just love New Years. There is something magical about the illusion of having a "clean slate", a "fresh start", the feeling that anything can be possible and the commitments we make to ourselves as the new year begins. How many of you set New Years Resolutions?  The most common resolutions I hear are "to be healthier", "exercise more", "eat better", "take better care of myself". HMMMMM sounds like a commitment to enhance one's state of wellness to me

Which leads me to ask...did you read all 12 days of wellness blogs I posted? You didn't? You only read day one and were too busy to read the rest? Well then, now is your time to catch up!

The information shared was packaged as a holiday initiative, however, your 12 days of wellness can begin at any moment. How about right now? What a great way to kick off a healthy new year and honor those resolutions!

You heard of an encore presentation, right?  Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Intrinsic Health Source's encore presentation of the 12 days of wellness. Don't worry, you won't be receiving daily emails to read everyday again!  During the month of January, I will have limited postings for this blog. Therefore I invite you to visit this blog over the next few weeks to read or perhaps re-read the daily wellness tips and see if you can implement most of them.

During this [encore presentation] time, my wellness team and I will be focusing our efforts to provide you with quality and informative postings for the launch of Intrinsic Health Source's Wellness Champion Blog.  We developed this blog just for you! Subscribe to the Wellness Champion blog today.  For the month of January we will launch a three part series "Food Shopping: become a healthy and efficient consumer. Part 1 will be published next week....so stay tuned!

Ciao for now!
Jeannine
