Summer Vacation

Hello there my friends. It's been a very long time since I sat down to blog. Although I hope you were spending less time on the computer and more time enjoying the days of summer with your friends and family; therefore you didn't miss the lack of blogs too much !

This summer I was busy working with clients and developing ways to create a better blogging experience for you. Howver  I also was enjoying time with family and friends, while also getting some quality alone time with myself .  This alone time is such a precious moment, to sit back and just be in the moment. To allow yourself the calmness of doing nothing, saying nothing and most of all thinking about nothing .  If you were able to get at least an hour of  "ME TIME" in your week, I congratulate you! Especially for those of you who have children in which you must be the "camp counselor" and  "event planner". This summer job of yours can be fun yet exhausting. So carving away a little quiet time is so important.  However, the most important aspect of the summer I hope were wonderful memories that nourished your soul, took your breath away and will be cherished for years to come.

Speaking of moments, I am so excited for the relase of the movie  "EAT, PRAY, LOVE" this Friday. For those who had read my blog entry Eat, Pray, Love - A Memoir That Inspired  know how much I loved the book and its impact as an  inspirational moment in my life. I am excited to see it on the big screen!

I look forward to returning to the blogosphere in September to share experiences, stories, thoughts and valuable health information. As always I invite you to use my blogs as a resource to help support your own ongoing journey towards optimum wellness in body, mind, spirit and emotion.

See you in September.

Ciao for now!
Jeannine

I am looking forward to the movie and more of your blog articles. I've been missing them since the 12 Days of wellness. I hope September brings more frequent articles . I find them interesting and something to think about.

I think the book was much better than the movie. What makes Eat Pray Love so effective is Elizabeth Gilbert's writing style and how genuinely open she was about her experience. I just think a lot of important elements were lost in translation from book to movie.
