During this time of year a hectic holiday schedule can increase stress levels. For many of us, we have a long list of "things to do", yet on this list, we often forget to make time for "ourselves". We seem to be on-the-go almost constantly, but throw in the holidays and you just entered the frenzy zone! You have now elevated the multitasking and responsibilities, in short increasing stress.
